Amarillo High School Choral Department
The Amarillo High School Choir has maintained a continuous legacy of musical excellence since its inception. The AHS choral music department has performed numerous times at the National Association for Music Education and Texas Music Education Association Conventions as well as consistently earning Sweepstakes awards at UIL Choral Competitions.

Our goals include graduated skill development in choral, vocal, and sight-reading techniques. Choir students graduating from Amarillo High School leave our program with a solid foundation in vocal and ensemble techniques as well as sight-reading skills.
